These are the terms under which you use ScoreUX. Plain language. If anything’s unclear, email martin@thirdeyeopen.io.
The service
ScoreUX is an AI-powered UX review tool. You submit a URL or screenshot, we send it through an AI model, and return a scored review with annotations. ScoreUX is currently in beta — features may change and the service may be unavailable from time to time.
Your account
- You’re responsible for the email address linked to your account.
- You can run free anonymous reviews. Saving a review creates a magic-link account tied to your email.
- One person per account. Sharing logins isn’t allowed.
What you can submit
You may submit:
- URLs you have the right to access (your own products, public pages, sites you’re reviewing for clients).
- Screenshots that you own or have permission to upload.
You may not submit:
- Content that is illegal, infringes copyright, or violates someone’s privacy.
- Screenshots of private dashboards or systems you don’t own (without permission).
- Anything designed to manipulate, deceive, or attack the service.
What we provide
ScoreUX returns an AI-generated UX review. It is an opinion, not a guarantee. The advice may be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific context. Use your judgement.We don’t warrant accuracy and we’re not liable for decisions made based on the output.
Rate limits
During the beta:
- Anonymous users — 1 review per 24 hours per IP address.
- Logged-in users — 3 reviews per 24 hours.
We may adjust these limits without notice to manage costs or fight abuse. Paid plans for unlimited reviews are coming.
Ownership
- Your screenshots and URLs: you own them.
- The reviews we generate: you can use them however you like — internal, client work, social, anywhere.
- The ScoreUX brand, app, and code: ours.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass rate limits, or violate these terms. You can stop using the service at any time and email us to delete your data.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to logged-in users. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
