Privacy Policy

This policy describes what data ScoreUX collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We’ve written it to be readable rather than bulletproof — if anything is unclear, email martin@thirdeyeopen.io.

What we collect

When you run a review (anonymous)

• The URL you submit or the screenshot you upload
• Your IP address — used solely for rate limiting
• The basic browser metadata your request carries (user-agent)

When you save a review or log in

• Your name (if provided) and email address
• A record linking your account to the reviews you’ve created
• Authentication session cookies issued by our auth provider

When you share a review with a colleague

• The recipient’s name (if provided) and email address
• The optional note you add to the share

How we use it

• Render your review. The screenshot is sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate the UX analysis. Anthropic does not train on customer API data.
• Take URL screenshots. URLs you submit are sent to Screenshotone to capture a full-page PNG.
• Send emails. Magic links, results, and share notifications are sent via Resend.
• Rate limit abuse. Your IP is used to cap free anonymous reviews at one per 24 hours.
• Show you your history. Your saved reviews appear in your dashboard.

How we store it

All review data — including the analysis JSON, your screenshot, and any account details — is stored in Supabase (Postgres + Object Storage) within the EU region. Screenshots are stored in a private bucket and served via signed public URLs only for the specific review page.

Third-party services we use

• Anthropic — to run the vision analysis on your screenshot
• Screenshotone — to capture URLs as PNG screenshots
• Supabase — to store reviews, users, and screenshots
• Resend — to send transactional emails
• Vercel — to host the application

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or social tracking scripts. The site has no cookies beyond the authentication session cookie issued by Supabase when you log in.

Your rights

You can, at any time:

• Ask us to delete your account and all associated reviews
• Ask us to delete a specific review or screenshot
• Export your saved reviews as JSON
• Ask what we hold about you

Children

ScoreUX is not intended for users under 16. We don’t knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

We’ll update this page if we change how we handle data. Material changes will also be emailed to logged-in users.
